Charlie worked in the high-tech industry in Seattle for several years before deciding to follow his father’s footsteps into a career in real estate. As a second generation realtor, Charlie worked for Windermere Real Estate in Seattle before moving to Steamboat and joining Prudential Steamboat Realty. Charlie’s ambition to succeed drove him create innovative solutions for buyers and sellers thus rooting him among the more active agents in Routt County. Charlie, his wife Carol and son Finn relocated to Steamboat Springs for they were looking for a lifestyle change and found home in Steamboat very appealing. And it wasn’t hard to fit in. Charlie was a competitive ski racer in the 80’s and raced 4 years with Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. He followed that up with 4 years on the U.S. Telemark Ski Team competing in World Cup races all over Europe and North America. If you don’t see Charlie telemark skiing up on the hill, you might run into him hiking, mountain biking, or fly-fishing all the wonderful rivers near Steamboat.
