Fish Creek Falls Area

The Fish Creek Falls area is just southeast of Old Town and sits above the downtown area with nice southwest exposure. The area begins just behind the Health and Recreational Center on the edge of downtown and extends up the hill toward the Fish Creek Falls Park.

This area consists mostly of single family homes, and several duplex / townhomes. It’s a true family-oriented neighborhood with most homes on larger lots and bit more space in between each home. There is a large variety of Post-War style architectural homes and many price points. The Fish Creek Falls area neighborhoods are situated higher up in elevation providing many homes with great views and wonderful natural light. The curving streets separate each neighborhood giving the Fish Creek area many different layouts and defined character.

There are many hiking and walking trails in the area and mountain biking trails are very close by.

Travel times: 6 minutes to skiing. 3 minute to fishing. Biking out your door
