Old Town Steamboat Springs Charmer under 400k?
Really? That just doesn’t exist – normally….
426 Grand St is on the market. After a short winter break where it was rented for $1,600/month, it is back! I’ve written quit a bit about this cozy home because, well, I think it’s just plain neat.
I keep ranting about how our market is changing including how inventory is low. Well, two single-family homes under the price of 400k is pretty low inventory! And, this home has basement storage – a lot of older old town homes just don’t have that luxury. In addition, zoning allows for a caretakers unit or rental to be added if you would like.
Although this home is super cozy with a great “artistic vibe”, it also is all about location, location, location. Living downtown has lots of advantages. In addition, with the ability to store your toys in the dry basement and the option to add-on , the value of this home is more than the asking price. And, don’t forget, it’s just super cute.
I’m not going to talk about the details because you can go to my two last blogs: Old Town Home for Sale in Steamboat Springs, and More Reasons to Love 462 Grand St. Also, you can see more photos by clicking This Old Town Steamboat Springs Home For Sale.
