Water

Water is big deal in Colorado this summer. With a low snow year and little rain, the affect on Steamboat Springs is growing. The Steamboat Pilot reports of the Stagecoach dam releasing some precious water last week.  And now we have mandatory water restrictions throughout Steamboat Springs.

With the July 4th fireworks cancelled, and now the Yampa river being off limits to tubers and fishing, it’s going to be a tough summer regarding water.  Don’t forget to check the well if you’re buying something rural with a well for water.
