November was a great month for Real Estate sales in Routt county with total sales volume of $91.24 Million compared to $63.33 Million lat year! The Elk River Ranch sale contributed $11,500,000 of the total sales volume for the month of November. Total transactions were up with 119 compared to 99 in November 2019. Our YTD gross volume is down just -0.41 and transactions are down -7.22% YTD.
