Should you Sell your High-End Home in Steamboat Springs
First off, to briefly summarize the Steamboat Springs Real Estate market, things are getting better. Now there are many variables, some helping the market and other hindering the market. But overall, we’re going on 5 straight months of increased activity. That’s in increase in sales, pending sales, and showings. I feel this is largely due to an increase in consumer confidence. And with earning increasing, stocks increasing, and lowered real estate prices, this has fueled an increase in high-end transactions.
Here’s a great video on national high-end activity:
Another couple specific Steamboat transactions of interest are these:
Click here to view Anglers SOLD This home sold a month ago. High-end new home in a great location. Cash buyer.
Click here to view PENDING home This home went under contract last week. Newer home with great views.
And below is a large list of recent activities for Steamboat.
By no means are we even close to nearing the end of this recession. Even the unemployment and jobs report continue to show limited signs of improvements. That said, this little surge in real estate transactions is real. It’s also evident that these buyers are purchasing based on emotion and not solely based on the investment. And this is a healthy trend in real estate.
